Born in St. Petersburg in 1892.

Attended the Y.S. Goldblat Art School of Vilnius.

In 1913-1914 studied at the Blanchard Academy in Paris.

In 1918 took charge of the painting and drawing studio at Saratov's Proletcult and then held professorship at the State Free Art Studios.

In 1920 Yustitsky founded a New Artists Society in Saratov.

Contributed his works to the '13' group exhibitions.

Between 1937 and 1946 served a labour camp sentence in Karelia.

Died in Saratov in 1951.
